How to remove popups using hijackthis [CLOSED]

MY computer has given up fighting and popups has invaded, I tried to allied up and defend her, but couldn't do much to find the suckers and remove all of them. Anyway hijack this found the following, but not sure what to get rid of.....help...... limited time before they take over the world.......

also I have my windows installed on drive (F:) figuring that would deter most spyware programs from installing to the standard C: drive, but that don't seem to help, what do you suggest. I have 3 HD on my computer, C, D, F.
