When I am in Internet explorer my computer keeps crashing and goes to bluescreen with error message: A fatal exception OE has occured at 0167;BFF9DFFF.

How do I fix this problem?

Try this: Right click empty space on desktop, select Properties. Choose the settings tab, click the Advanced button, select the Performance tab. Slide that all the way down to none. Click ok until you are back out, reboot.

If that doesn't work, please post the entire error message (what comes after 0167;BFF9DFFF).
