Hi!
Gave a friend an older PC unit. He can get online but can't access the web pages.
It doesn't do anything, not even give an error message. He lives in an apartment building and I was wondering if that had anything to do with it.

I had that same problem. Is it displaying in the browser window Windows/System32? or some thing to do with windows

I'm leary of downloading somethimng onto my computer..viruses, you know:0 Sorry.
