[NeoRoid]

To get to the point, I used AVG and it showed that I have several viruses. 1) Collected.5.L; 2) Dropper.Agent.PV; 3)Downloader.Agent.PN.

AVG tries to heal them, but after I reboot they just come back. I also have some things that installed themselves called freepod, 180search, and some file called mc-62-602-0000156.exe and mc-99-829-0000156.exe. Here is my HijackThis log:

Thanks for the fast reply again. I still see Freeprod Toolbar and My Search Toolbar in my Add/Remove Programs. I also noticed that when I deleted the mc-99-829-0000156.exe, there was another file with a similar name in C:\Program Files\Common Files and C:\Program Files\Common Files\Download called mc-62-602-0000156.exe. Also, in C:\Program Files\Common Files I have two folders called InetGet and InetGet2 that have both freeprod and the mc-.exe files. Here is my HJT log:

I ran ad-aware and it's not finding anything. I ran AVG again, but it still finds Downloader.Agent.PN, Collected.5.L, Dropper.Agent.PN, and now Backdoor.Generic.ONJ. Also, I use AOL broadband and the way it's set up is that I have to sign on in order to use the internet, even for IE. After the virus, it is now always online, which I'm not fond of.

2. Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

Next Click on Launch Kaspersky Anti-Virus Web Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.

• The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
• Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
  
• Now click on Scan Settings
• In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
  • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
  Standard
  
  • Scan Options:
  Scan Archives
  Scan Mail Bases
• Click OK
• Now under select a target to scan:Select My Computer
• This will program will start and scan your system.
• The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
• Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
  • Now click on the Save as Text button:
• Save the file to your desktop.
• Copy and paste that information into your next post.
