Problem: I have a system backup on DVD splitted in 6 pcs. ie 6 partitions.
These partitions were divided accross 2 physical drive's.
1 drive had a windows ME installation on it an 1 drive had a windows XP installation.
Dual boot capable.
I want to put all the partitions onto a larger single harddisk.

Disk 1 Drive C = windows ME boot / xp bootmanager
Disk 1 Drive D = Data
Disk 1 Drive F = Data
Disk 2 Drive E = windows XP boot
Disk 2 Drive G = Data
Disk 2 Drive H = Data

These partitions are restored onto a single drive now.
After the restore to the new harddrive my system tells me that NTLDR is missing.
Backup software used is Norton Ghost 9.

What is the problem??

Look through this

It may be having the ME and XP on the same drive has put the start up at FAT32 while XP is expecting NTFS
