Soundblaster Audigy 4 IR reciever problems

Well I just bought an audigy 4. It came with a remote and IR receiver. It asks me to add new hardware, my computer recognizes it as an IR receiver. But the software that was suppose to install it (and the media center that uses it) does not pick it up.

There is a yellow flag next to it in Device Manager.

What do I do?

Hi mrzippo!

I suggest you go to Soundblasters website and download the most recent drivers for your sound card.

I've already tried that :tazz:

Soundblaster is trying to help me, but they only respond once every 2 days and they have been zero help.

Thought maybe you would have some insight. If not I'll just stick with Soundblaster and you can close the thread.
