we get the error message:

specified active x control is not registered or the .ocx files was moved from where it was registered
this error occured in procedure

CTRL_LOAD VANTAGE MENU dbl byte.w6087

when trying to run a program named vantage. this is ONLY happening with offsite users in california trying to access the program based on the vantage server in portland.

any ideas anyone

waiting on a response... the problem is happening in the offices in california, and im the it guy based in portland, so im waiting to hear back from them
