Ok Jonny... have a log from my daughters user account. I restartred in safe mode and clicked her name and ran a scan from there, saved it and got out immediately. I don't know enough about this to know if the bugs would have been installed by only logging in as safe mode or not. We may need to take the risk to open her username in regular mode. You're the expert, just let me know! Thanks!

You can safely remove anything from the prefetch folder. It's not causing any harm, but it's also not a bad idea to ocassionaly empty this folder.

It's a technical issue, but with our server problems, and three moves in three days, our Reverse DNS hasn't always kept up with us. Some email providers require this to be setup or they'll reject the email (i.e. AOL, HotMail, and others).
