No Programs Run

While trying to fix another problem on my computer, I believe that my registry deleted.

No programs can run, all saying that they have no program or key to run them.

Again, I think that the file types in the registry were deleted.

The only problem with this is that I can't use anything to fix the registry, since no programs load.

I tried finding the registry file, bringing it to my computer, editing it, and putting it back, but I couldn't find the file.

Any suggestions?

Very unlikely to boot without a registry

Boot the PC and keep tapping F8 until you get options, select last known good configuration
