Hello. Welcome to GeeksToGo Forums! :tazz:

Start | Run | type msconfig | OK

Go to the Startup tab and look for a WildTangent entry. Uncheck that box and click OK.

The cure for WildTangent errors:

error loading C:\program files\WildTangent\apps\CDA\cdaEngine0400.dll""

1. Download AIM (AOL Instant Messenger) (http://www.aim.com/) and install it with game support, just game support! You will see a referance to WildTangent. (We are doing this so that we can reinstall WildTangent and use the built in uninstall feature.)

2. Go to the control panel and click on add/remove programs.

3. Choose to remove WildTangent and then AIM.

4. reboot and enjoy.

Optional run spybot S&D to verify that WildTagent has been removed.

Hope this helps, RR
