[Summer_24]

Hi, I reviewed and followed the instructions you asked us to before posting a Hijack This Log, I completed it all except for the Panda Scan, Trend House, and microsoft update (although I did a microsoft/windows update last week). I was unable to even access those three pages...I clicked on the links and my computer just froze up. It displayed a white page that said done at the bottom of it. Im not sure what is wrong with my computer, but it started acting up last week. Could you please look at this information and see if theres anything I could fix? Thanks for all your help and time,

Thanks soo much for replying back to my post. I ran the AdAware scan, Ewido, Spybot SD, SpywareBlaster, SpywareGuard, AVG, Trendhouse, cleanup, CWshredder, and updated microsoft. I was unable to run the panda scan because my computer has not been allowing me to open some websites in the last few weeks (i type in the website or click on a link and takes me to the page but gives me a blank white page and says "done" in the bottom left hand corner). I also was unable to run trojan hunter because I already used my 30 day trial when I had the spysherriff virus a couple of months ago and was told by someone else on here to run it then. But other than those two things, I ran everything you asked. Thanks again for all your help and time!! Here is a new log:

Nothing really showing in the HJT log,

Download winpfind

Extract WinPFind.zip to your c:\ folder.

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

Then open c:\WinPFind and double-click on WinPFind.exe. When the program is open, click on the Start Scan button to scart scanning your computer. Be patient as this scan may take a while. When it is done, it will show a log and tell you the scan is completed. Reboot your computer back to normal mode and and post the contents of c:\WinPFind\WinPFind.txt as a reply to this topic.

This will take a while to run so be patient please
