System Specs:
XP Pro
Ram: 128

While I know as well as anyone trying to run XP on 128 Ram is asking for death by slow speeds no matter what, my computer has been running even slower then usual for about two months now. I've run multiple scans using Ad-Aware SE and SpyBot, I have downloaded Avast for all of an hour only to find it to be as bad as I was told but the scan said it found no virus running. I do not run IE so I don't know if I've have any browser hijacks though as far as I can tell I should be fine there.

The only thing I could possibly think would be eating up all my memory would possibly be the yahoo DSL since this started about the time things got slow. Does anyone here happen to know if whatever software yahoo DSL installs could eat up this much memory? I've looked at it and it appears to be using just a simple windows componant rather then some fancy interface. I am trying this as a last resort, well that and it's always nice to know that I don't have something nasty lurking in the background.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I thank you very much for your time.

I think that about may some it up for you,

The fact your trying to go out on the net with out an Anti Virus program is just asking for even more trouble,

Aside from no AV there is nothing in your HJT log that would be causing any type of slow down,,

BTW sorry for the late reply
