I have a computer that was made by a friend, and I bought a new HP printer installed the software and was good to go for about three months with a great printer. Then I decided I wanted to use the scan feature on the printer and it told me I had to install additional software, so I popped in the disc it came with and it said that software is already installed to continue you must uninstall. So ok, sounds alright to me...what do I know. So it unistalled the whole thing and now it will not take it back on. I have spoken to HP for about 9 hours on several different phone calls, and they have tried EVERYTHING!! It makes me believe that it is my computer and not thier software.
Any ideas?
