I am having major spyware problems and popups. I have followed the steps you recomended above. Here is my hijack log, Can you please tell what needs to be removed? Thanks.

Maybe it would be better to post the entire log and use the latest version of HijackThis (1.99)

What you posted is only the header and doesn't tell us very much if we can't see the rest.
