Dr. Watson . exe is part of Microsoft Xp - do u have a Windows install cd or a 'recovery' cd?You could try an Expand command if you have drwatson.ex_ on your machine.

To learn more go to Start Help & Support and type Expand in the search box .
The expand command is use to take a compressed Windows file and "expand" it to its original format. The expand command is an external command and is available in the below Microsoft Operating Systems Windows 2000 & Windows XP.

Try clicking Start -> Run and then typing drwatson and click ok.

Drwatson is used to help detect, decode and log errors produced by Windows or a running process. Is there a specific problem you're trying to identify?

P.S. In Windows XP it's been mostly replaced by the event viewer.
