Well I've done my best to correct 2 issues and Im not sure if related.
Went through all the pretest before posting this log.
Issues:
1. Even after running the different cleaning softwares these 3 things show up later or the next day with or without reboot.

2. I am no longer able to do a windows update or security center comes up but tells me Center was not started or stopped. Either way I am not able to get it going again. If I try and go to the Windows update the browser just hangs up.
Thanks for the help up front... hope you can point me in the right direction to correct these issues
