RE- installed XP

I reinstalled XP on my laptop its not hooked up to the net.Why does it want me to register it I already had it on there once.Any way around this I dont have the reg info anymore.

Just click cancel and that you never want to be reminded to register again. Only thing you may have to do after re-installing XP is ACTIVATE it. If it asks for this there is no way around it you have to do it, but you DON'T have to register XP with Microsoft.
