Hello,

I need help with setting this program up, it is weird but i will let the pictures explain it all. what it is a magellan program that links to a website to download a program, but everytime i press the install button it says on the next screen "PAGE COULD NOT BE DISPLAYED". Can you please assist me, i will have these pictures on a .doc file for you to see, please help i appreciate this, i tried calling tech support but no answer, can you please help, i know it has something to do with my internet explorer but i have tried just cleaning out my cookies but still nothing. pleaes help!!!

what's the url of the page that it tries to load...if that info is available that is
