ACDC Image Fox problems

Out of the blue I have a warning: the standard plug-in "IDE_ACDStd apl" could not be loaded. Some features of ACDSee will not work correctly without this plug-in.

Help, what does this mean. It certainly doesn't work correctly I know that. I have not down-loaded anything, it just appeared. Thanks
