Found two possible threats in spybot

Hi,
I did a scan with spybot for system startup and i got two things which im worried about:
1)
Current filename:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe

Database status:
Not required - virus, spyware, malware or other resource hog
Value:
ctfmon.exe
Filename:
ctfmon32.exe

Description
_CoolWebSearch_ parasite related - hijacking to Slawsearch.com

2)
Current filename:
"C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe" /background

Database status:
Not required - virus, spyware, malware or other resource hog
Value:
msnmsgr
Filename:
MsnMsgrs.exe

I have no idea what im supposed to do, any help would be appreciated :tazz:

My computer is clean otherwise, i use avg and spybot and adaware and nothing has shown up.
