hi guys, i'm wondering if anyone here can help me find some software. i'm basically looking for a way to convert batch files to EXE's so that when i place them in a system they can't be converted or altered by the computer user. does anyone know any software that will do this? i prefer shareware, but i'll look at anything. Thanks. :tazz:

thanks for that quick reply.

i was looking around google after i posted and i found a free program called bat2exec that will convert the batch to a com using the command line. can i just rename "file.com" to "file.exe" without any issues? i tried it and it seems to work, but is there anything i'm missing?

here's the program:
