this website address http://961 http://ww...-F9A1-9F57-79F2

This website has taken over my computer. I am reading e-mail and it opens new browser pages with this address at the top and an ad. Then it goes to a blank page that says "no page to display" it continues to open and open and open until my computer crashes saying "program not responded needs to close"

I have done all of the pre-steps you advised and while it deleted some 30,000 temp internet files and found 271 spyware programs it has not made a dent in this. I am even having a very hard time writing this because it keeps taking over. Help please.
