i hope someone hear can help me im running windows xp it will turn on perfect and the pc seems to run smoothly but when i try to log off or reboot it seems to freeze its says saving settings ive tried leaving it but even after 1hr its still the same so i have to flick the switch or press the button on the tower to turn off i have looked on the net for a solution with no avail i have run every vius scanner and registry fixer and spyware and its still the same i hope someone can help
