Hi I am new to the forum,

I am running Windows XP.
When I log on I get an error loading p2esocks_1021.dll - The specified module could not be found.
I have downloaded and run CWSShredder.

I have also downloaded Ad-Aware and until recently have been able to use it, but now when I run it I get a shutdown message that claims Windows must shut down message of a RCp (Remote Call Procedure) problem and the files I can get it to quarantine before my computer shuts down stop me from logging on to the net!

I have run HiJackThis and this is what I got:

Hey TC. You did a lot of work, and thanks for letting me know what you did. :tazz: I need you to do one more thing.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.
