The easiest way to find out your system specs would be for you to download and run Belarc Advisor. Belarc will then analyse your hardware and display a report.

Looking at your specs your running the bare minimum required to run the game and your graphics card isn't supported by the game.
There are a few things you can do to make the game run a little faster.
Defrag your hard drive.
Close all unncessary background tasks.
Lower the screen resolution of the game.
Lower the detail levels of the game.
Lower the sound quality of the game.
Update the graphics card drivers from the Intel website.
Download and install any patches that have been released.
If you want to make the game run a lot faster than it's time to start thinking about upgrading!
