Hi Gid and Welcome to GeekstoGo!

We will see if we can get Kaspersky Sorted later!

For now I need to see a deeper scan of the PC!

Download WinPFind:
http://www.bleepingc...es/winpfind.php

Right Click the Zip Folder and Select "Extract All"

Don't use it yet!

Reboot into SAFE MODE(Tap F8 when restarting)
Here is a link on how to boot into Safe Mode:
http://service1.syma...src=sec_doc_nam

From the WinPFind folder-> Doubleclick WinPFind.exe and Click "Start Scan"

It will scan the entire System, so please be patient!

One you see "Scan Complete"-> a log (WinPFind.txt) will be automatically generated in the WinPFind folder!

Restart Normal and Please download Rootkit Revealer (link is at the very bottom of the page)
  • Unzip it to your desktop.
  • Open the rootkitrevealer folder and double-click rootkitrevealer.exe
  • Click the Scan button (bottom right)
  • It may take a while to scan (don't do anything while it's running)
  • When it's done, go up to File > Save. Choose to save it to your desktop.
  • Open rootkitrevealer.txt on your desktop and copy the entire contents and paste them here

Post results of RootKitRevealer and WinPFind in the next reply!

WARNING: not all files found by this scanner are bad. Consult with a knowledgable person before proceeding.

If you see a message in the titlebar saying "Not responding..." you can ignore it. Windows somethimes displays this message due to the high volume of disk I/O. As long as the hard disk light is flashing, the program is still working properly.

OK,sorry for all the confusion!

By chance did you install any Chinese translation software on the PC?

Download and unzip BFUzip from HERE

Right Click the Zip folder and select "Extract All"

Locate and double click BFU.exe

Now locate and click the Greenish Blue globe with the chord plugged into it!

When the next small window pops up-> Copy&Paste this URL into it and click OK!
http://webpages.char...ter/RbotACP.bfu

Now,place a tick by "Show log after Script Ends" and click the execute button and let the script run!

After the Script has finsihed-> Run MSCONFIG and enable everything in the startup area. To get to MSCONFIG, click on Start -> Run -> type in MSCONFIG -> click OK!

Under the "General" Tab
Make Sure Normal Startup is Checked!!

Click Apply>>Close>>Follow the Prompts to Restart!!

Restart Normal and have the PC Scanned here:
Panda Active Scan

You will need to be using Internet Explorer for the Scan to work!

Save the Report it generates

Post back with a fresh HijackThis log and the reports from BFU and Panda!

Sorry about the delay!

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

Please read Ewido Setup Instructions
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

Copy the text below into a blank notepad page and save it to the desktop as rem.reg but dont run it just yet!

REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupreg\helper.dll]

Reboot into SAFE MODE(Tap F8 when restarting)
Here is a link on how to boot into Safe Mode:
http://service1.syma...src=sec_doc_nam

After restarting in Safe Mode,Configure Windows to Show All Hidden Files and Folders Here is a link to help with that:
http://www.bleepingc...torial=62#winxp

Locate and Delete

C:\WINDOWS\System32\winampa.exe<- File

C:\Program Files\3721<- Folder

Open HijackThis and put a check by these but DO NOT hit the Fix Checked button yet!

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Messenger] C:\WINDOWS\System32\winampa.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [helper.dll] C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe C:\PROGRA~1\3721\helper.dll,Rundll32

Now Make sure ALL WINDOWS and BROWSERS are CLOSED and hit the Fix Checked Button!

Now locate and double click rem.reg and allow it to merge into the registry!

Now,Make sure All Windows and Browsers are Closed and Scan the entire System with Ewido-> Clean everything it finds and be sure to click the tab to Save a Report!

Still in Safe Mode-> Scan the PC once more with WinPFind!

Post back with a fresh HijackThis log and the reports from Ewido and WinPFind
