There is no file....I see two items listed in my Add/Remove programs list which is:

Yahoo! Install Manager
Yahoo! Internet Mail

I want to remove these two items from the Add/Remove Programs list.
Clicking the remove button on right doesn't help.

I am almost sure that one of the experts here know of a program that removes programs from the Add/Remove list with a special utility.

I will try my best to find it for you :tazz:

I hate it when it does that. for new messenger, most of the time it is removable from add/remove programs.

here's a link I found about yahoo internet mail

I think if you run a reputable registry cleanup program, it'll remove the association to the yahoo install manager and allow you to uninstall it. also, its good for your registry to be cleaned every now and then anyway.

Use 'Revo Uninstaller', available on cnet download.com. It's free, and after a year of using it, I've never encountered one problem with it.
