I have NetZero HiSpeed since I live in an area that doesn't have broadband yet. I just switched from a different local ISP, which I had no problems with. I'm trying to do updates to my Quickbooks Pro so I can pay my employees today, and it keeps timing out with server not responding, after an hour or so. I never had a problem with this before, so I'm wondering if the NetZero Hispeed is causing problems. I thought I read once that it compresses data and tries to download it from different mirrors, so maybe that's an issue? Any thoughts would be extremely helpful! thanks!
