BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI complient. Please contact your system vendor or visit www.hardware-update.com for an updated bios. if you are unable to uptain an undated bios or the lasted bios supplies by your vendor is not ACPI complient, you can turn off ACPI mode during text mode setup. To do this, symply press the F7 key when you are prompted to install storage drivers. The system will not notify you that the F7 key was pressed - it will silently disable acpi and allow you to continue your instillation.

can you please help me install windows xp professinal on this computer... the list of parts are on another forum topic called "computer build" it is an amd board so you can look at it if you need information on the BIOS... please help
