If you still have the reg file, run it again and then delete the text file we created earlier

C:\key.txt<- That Text File

Restart and Click Start-> Run-> Copy the bold text below and Click OK

regedit /e c:\key.txt "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Security Center"

Post the contents of key.txt in the next reply!

Now,Go to Start-> Control Panel-> Security Center

Be sure the Virus Protection and Firewall entries are in the ON position

Still in the Securoty Center look toward the bottom and Click on Windows Firewall-> Click on Exceptions and make sure that the Antivirus entry has a check by it so its allowed to run at boot!

4. tweak se
5. vx2 cleaner

do you want me to get rid of those? they are all the options you can add at lavasoft.com

i did just restart to get rid of remnants of the deleted programs, and reran remv.reg.

i am going to look at clean up and trojan hunter to see if they have real time.

What was that on?

The reg file I asked you to merge into the registry?

What about this

Restart and Click Start-> Run-> Copy the bold text below and Click OK

regedit /e c:\key.txt "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Security Center"

Post the contents of key.txt in the next reply!

OK,this is getting confusing!

So when you enter the bold text into the Open Run Box and Click OK

C:\key.txt is not created?

Go into Safe Mode and Run WinPFind again and post those results
