i think i saw microsoft antispyware allowed this spyware, but i dont know the name

You don't.. it is a type of advertising that more and more sites are going to in order to pay for their webspace, etc..

Nothing you can do about it as far as I know!!

Yeah I have noticed many sites have those hover and a small pop up opens! It started couple months ago now almost every site has it!m
