I got help a few weeks ago getting rid of that crappy vunod Winfixer crap, and I really appreciate it. That's gone, but now I think I have something else. I ran my Norton, Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, even ran Activescan and Trendmicro's online stuff. Noting came up. But my computer is still acting very strangely. I lost all my desktop icons, had to log off and back on to get them back. I'm running pretty slowly, and I'm just nervous about the whole thing. Maybe I'm paranoid, but I wanted you guys to check me out just to make sure. Here's my Hijack this log. Thanks again. :tazz:

Your log looks clean :tazz:

Just fix this leftover entry in HijackThis:

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {BA52B914-B692-46c4-B683-905236F6F655} - (no file)

Close all other windows except HijackThis and click Fix Checked.

To improve performance, run Cleanup regularly to clean the temp files.

Also run the Disk Defragmenter utility of Windows.

You can find it here:

Start>All Programs>Accesories>System Tools>Disk Defagmenter

Also if you're running with low memory you may want to add more RAM..
