I keep getting popups that say click here to fix registry or spyware problems. I have ran ad-aware (which finds tracking cookies each time even after I delete), spybot S & D, microsoft antispyware but nothing doing. My AVG is also updated. I am so fed up I just downloaded and switched to Mozilla. May be I can get used to mozilla but my kids may wanna keep using I/E (it's all they have ever used). Besides, thought of having some spyware/virus in my system still bothers me. Please help. I have XP with SP2.

Here is HJT log.

Edit: Updated HJT after I turned everything on at startup in msconfig

I have found something like "Win32res.exe" sending me a popup that my computer is infected.

Also when I run CWShredder it finds CWS.Look2Me and wants to reboot to remove it completely, I click OK, it reboots then I get error message that CWShredder can't complete the task. I did it twice and same problem. Something is keeping CWShredder from doing this job and I get a propmt to send error message to microsoft. GRRRRR....
