:tazz: Nothing seems to get rid of this nasty little bug. I have tried all the antivirus (Norton antivirus, AVG and a couple of online services), anti-spyware (spybot, microsoft anti-spyware), adware (adaware se), trojan (trojan hunter) and removal tools (cw shredder) I could find. I even have Norton Internet Security (recently bought and I'm beginning to wonder why?) PLEASE HELP. I will post the Hijackthis log for your inspection:

Thanks but I was able to get it myself after studying the other posts and following the correct procedures with the right software. I had been using MS Antispyware, used a router with the firewall enabled, had Windows firewall enabled and just installed Norton Internet Security with all fresh updates and yet this nasty little [bleep]-spawn got in. Can you tell me where it most likely came from so that I can try to close that hole in my system?

All I can say is that it's very common right now. I couldn't say how it ended up with you.
