Babylon Pro Malfunction

Hi everyone, I hope someone could help with this one.

I have been getting the great help from Babylon for a very long time. But a while ago, my Babylon stopped working. The main symptom is a blank translation result window or just a really tiny window appearing on the desktop with nothing in it everytime Babylon is activated.

I'm using Babylon-Pro Version 5.0.6(r13). The power of this program is amazing but contacting the customer support turned out to be a pain.

Could someone plz help? I know some have the similar experience but so far there's no solution on the net. Check out my captured image. I have a few glossaries installed on Babylon so when I translate words results should turn up, but instead, there's nothing.
