Hi,

When I try to open IE browser on my laptop, it immediately closes.

Can you please tell me is there any way that I can reintsall IE with out reinstalling windows.

I am not able to resotre my system to a prior date. That was also failing. :tazz:

I will appreciate your help on this.

Hi criclover! Welcome to G2G!

Looks like there possibly could be a malware problem on your computer. What I suggest you do is to go to the Malware Forum and follow the self-help steps shown in the START HERE. If you still can't open IE after following these steps, then post a HJT log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we can explore other options to help resolve/fix your problem.
