This started a little more than 24 hours ago. I had not downloaded anything before this happened.
Basically, it will not even load the home page. It just stalls, the window icon in the top right corner stops, the progress bar stops and nothing happens. It's also hard to x out. When you hit the x, it just sits for a while, then you get a box that says there was a error and do I want to "end now". I click on that and a couple of minutes later I get a box that asks if I want to send error report.
I have run a virus scan, and gone to the MS website and downloaded all of the upgrades, but no luck.
I'm on Firefox Mozilla now, and am running into problems w/ some of the MS help sites becaues they do not support mozilla.
I do not know how to do a system restore nor how to uninstall and reinstall ie.
