Hello. I recently cleaned my girlfriend's computer with the help of Geeks to Go, so I am familiar with your work. A week or so ago my girlfriend was sent a message over AIM from a friend containing a link for "pictures" or something. She clicked on it. The message was then sent to all of her buddies, and her computer was infected badly. I received the message and new enough to not click on the link--so I didn't think my computer was infected. I cleaned her computer successfully (this post is about my computer not hers). On my computer I ran all the anti-virus/anti-spyware/etc. programs that you provide links for on your welcome screen (maybe only a few more threats appeared than normal, but I'm not sure). My computer was running fine, and it did not appear as if anything bad was installed onto my computer. However, now I am receiving a Windows system error from the notification area (or system tray or whatever) saying that "there is an IP address conflict with another system on the network." I know that this could mean virus/hacker/etc.

Some fishy things on my hijackthis log are PartyPoker, DVDSentry, CyDoor, etc.

Also, "Scan to Web" is a program listed in my Add/Remove Programs list. I have no idea what it is, and I don't think it is from my Epson printer/scanner/copier. I haven't removed it, though, because I'm not sure if it is associated with my Epson. Also, my brother put ESPN motion onto my computer two years ago. I tried to remove it two years ago but it still appears in my Add/Remove Programs list but when I click to remove it it says "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file". Thank you very much for your help, and keep in mind that I am quite knowledgable about computers and have used Geeks to Go before.
