:tazz: my computer crashed. tried to reformat/reboot. doent do anything. starts to boot doesnt see hd or any other drives, cd/a. help!!!!!!

I'm a loner who hasn't gotten into this kind of help before, so what I say may not be the best deal for you. But I had the same problem and solved it by opening the case, moving the present hd to a slave position, putting in a new drive (can be small), installing it as the master and installing Windows on it Then the old drive has all your data on it that's available to you when you access the D drive (the slave).
