Display out of focus

I have a HP desktop with XP. As of today the dsplay is out of focus. This is the case no matter what monitor I use. This happened once before and a cold boot fixed it. Not so this time.

Howdy:

First thing I would try is re-installing the video drivers..

If that diidn't work, I would then remove the vid card via Control Panel>Device Manager.. Reboot, let XP find and install it again and then install any updated drivers!!
