Help with VID card

I'm pretty new to "hardware" specs so could someone help me? I am running the P4T-E motherboard which was OEM for this particular computer with a ASUS V7100 Magic SI Vid card. Obviously this card can not play the games I want to play, I.E WOW, GuildWars, BF2. What I want to know is which card is compatible with this motherboard and can play these games at relatively fast speeds, (At least 30fps) preferably nVIDIA. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
