BSoD Problems!

Hello All..I am not a computer whiz so please bear with me. I read the sticky too but no help.

I get the Blue Screen Of Death randomly. It is so annoying I have no idea what to do. I read posts about it that says update your drivers but i dont know how to do that. I have windows xp if that helps anyone

What he is asking for is the error message that is in the following format:

0x00000050 or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Also, to help determine what drivers you will need, please download Everest Home Edition HERE. It will tell you all we need to know about your computer. Install Everest and run it then attach a copy of the log to this thread.

at the bottom it says Stop: OxOOOOOOOA (OxOOOOO1, OxOOOOOOO2. OxOOOOOO1, Ox8O53B885) but those numbers seem to change every time

That's normal for that to occur since those are locations in memory and items are not processed in the same part of memory each time they are used.

Please download and run the program I listed in my previous post.

And another thing, do you remember exactly what you were doing, or just finished doing, when these BSOD's starting appearing?
