I usually keep my computer clean doing daily spyware and virus checks using Spybot SD and AVG. However, while I was gone my sibling download AIM and (details are sketchy) apparently clicked on a link, this is when the problems started.
I believe it has something to do with pokapoka75.exe and lockx.exe ... since these are both running processes that i don't recognize nor have i seen prior to the "incident".

my explorer has a constant toolbar and random pop-ups occure. I still detect a random trojan that avg heals upon each re-boot.

I read through the "read this first" post and enabled all bootup programs in msconfig before i ran HiJackThis..
