I think the spyware forum will have more information on this topic than the other forum because these problems have arisen from spyware. It started a couple months ago when I picked up some nasty Wareout Trojan. I ended up with some problems because of it. For one, whenever I click on a result search in Google, or any other search engine, I am redirected to find results on a different site of questionable reputation... Also, I can no longer view any web sites that require secure log-in. Sites such as Amazon, MSN, Edline.net (my school grades) I need to be able to access! Lastly, a problem I face is that System Restore on my ME operating system says that it cannot be activated because there is not sufficient space on my hard drive. I have over 3 gigs of space and it asks for a few hundred megabytes. I might simply reload this computer, but it would be GREAT if I did not have to. Any help would be very awesome. Thanks!
