Office 2003 Problems

I had to reload XP Home.....and now the Office 2003 apps do not load. When I double click on the desktop icon, it kicks off an installer window.......and nothing then happens.......

Solved....found a registry cleaner on the MS website that cleared out the old MS OFFICE entries...........thanks anyway
