Weird adware

I accidentally deleted my Search Companion thinking it was some sort of ad ware... because I have a bar that comes up when I go on internet explorer, and it is some sort of search helper. This is what it says when I go to properties - http://lop.com/passt...h/newpass2.html. It's not in any of my files or on my computer really in any way. I can turn it off by going into processes and deleting the Internet Explorer process.

Here's my hijack file.
