o.k. here's my problem. When I install the stb card, the welcome screen on aol 9.0 does not load correctly. I only get bits and pieces of the screen and the computer slows down. I've spoken to aol tech about this, but everything that they told me to do has not fixed this problem. When I'm offline, all other programs and games work great. Also, when I have aol open at the welcome screen and try to terminate the program with ctrl-alt-delete, the computer freezes. I also get fatal exception oe has occurred at 017F:BFF9DFFF on the blue screen and when I hit ctrl-alt-delete again, I get system resources dangerously low. Right now, I'm using my sis 6326 agp card and everything works fine. I like the stb card better, but can't use it with aol. Should I download different drivers for the stb card? My stb card does not have tv out, and I made sure to download the correct drivers for my card. Should I try different drivers? Please help me resolve this. Thanks, Charlie7

Sure sounds like a driver problem. Try driver cleaner to remove all traces of your old drivers: http://www.driverheaven.net/cleaner/

Then download and install the latest driver for your video card.
