Publish With Word Option w/in Access2000

We have several form letters that are generated using an MSAccess application. Sometimes the data is incorrect and the user uses the publish to word function so that they can edit the letter before printing.

In some instances when this is done, the rtf file that is created assumes that there is no right margin! This throws off all the paragraphs. All settings seem to be the same on workstations that this works and does not work.

What am I missing?
