HELP KEYBOARD PROBLEMS

Hi all,

I have a brand new Fujitsu Siemens Laptop, when I switched it on the keyboard will stop working after around 10 minutes or so. I tried restarting my computer but it freezes just as the computer was about to restart. I have to turn off the laptop with the reset button. I have Ghostsurf Platinum installed, if I turn on SpyCatcher the keyboard will stop working after an hour or so. I have F secure, Ad-aware and Ghostsurf Platinum, none have been able to detect and remove it. I also restarted my computer several times, ran a scan before windows starts and hoped that it would just go away..................... :tazz:

This all started when I went on the internet and a heap of Internet browsers just started loading.
Is there something wrong with its drivers? I'm not an advanced computer user so I really don't know how to uninstall and reinstall it.

I hope that someone can help me with this. I just bought my laptop :woot:
