Thanks for the help thus far Fenor,
The error message no longer displays at startup, but nothing ATI shows in Task Manager, and even tracing down the desktop control panel (C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI Control Panel\atiprbxx) it will not execute. But thank you much for getting my vid card operating without glitching my computer screen to no end. Have a great week, wishing you the best in biz!
